Solutii eco-friendly pentru monitorizarea si protectia biodiversitatii sistemelor integratoare, precum si pentru preventia distrugerii acestora – ECO-PHARMA

  • Responsabil proiect: Dr. Biol. Mihai NITA-LAZAR Scurta descriere: Poluarea cu substante farmaceutice, in special cele cu efect antimicrobian, reprezinta o tema de actualitate deoarece, in ciuda faptului ca acestea controleaza infectiile generate de bacteriile patogene, se acumuleaza in mediul inconjurator, generand fenomenul de rezistenta la antibiotice si ajungand sa perturbe echilibrul intregii biote. Proiectul propune cercetarea unor solutii prietenoase cu mediul, care sa inlocuiasca substantele farmaceutice sintetice cu efect antimicrobian si sa obtina noi produse vegetale cu efect antimicrobian potentat. Pentru identificarea efectelor noilor produse, se propun metode noi de monitorizare si evaluare predictiva a efectului toxic al poluantilor si implicit al impactului lor asupra biodiversitatii, utilizand diverse tipuri de bioindicatori care pornesc de la nivel transcriptional, translational si ajung pana la nivelul de celule procariote si eucariote.

Faza 1/2023:

  • Studiu in silico privind raspandirea si impactul generat de substantele farmaceutice in mediul inconjurator;
  • Studiu de evidentiere a stadiului actual al cunoasterii privind metodele alternative versus metodele conventionale de identificare a biodiversitatii;
  • Protocol de lucru in teren pentru analiza eDNA 4. Studiul de caracterizare a impactului substantelor farmaceutice cu efect poluator asupra plantelor cu potential antimicrobian.

Faza 2/2023:

  • Studiu experimental de caracterizare ecotoxicologica a compusilor farmaceutici;
  • Protocol de lucru teste de toxicitate/ histopatologie si profile proteice ;
  • Baza de date cu tulpini din microbiota intestinala a pestilor rezistente la antibiotic;
  • Studiu experimental de analiza la nivel molecular a unor fitobiomarkeri de stress;
  • Metoda de obtinere a unor compusi din extracte vegetale cu efect potential antimicrobian ;
  • Studiu experimental de caracterizare a compozitiei si structurii comunitatilor biotice de la nivelul unor sisteme acvatice selectate;
  • Metodologie specifica de analiza a tipurilor de polen.

Faza 3/2024

  • Studiu experimental de evaluare a efectelor antimicrobiene a extractelor eco-friendly comparativ cu compusii farmaceutici existenti

  • Studiu privind implementarea in laborator a metodelor de determinare a CCOCr si CBO5 aliniate la standadele internationale in vigoare
