Environmental Services:

• Evaluating the level of biological and microbiological pollution in environmental components: air, water, soil/sediment/sludge.
• Assessing microbial pollution levels in indoor air across various locations through surface and skin sanitation tests and aeromicroflora control.
• Establishing acute lethal toxicity, biodegradability, and bioaccumulation characteristics for classifying the hazard of priority hazardous substances/chemical preparations and drafting safety data sheets, in accordance with European REACH and CLP Regulations.
• Characterizing the ecotoxicity of Romanian products (detergents, varnishes, paints) for eco-labeling and ensuring their free circulation on the European market.
• Evaluating the pollution level of surface waters (rivers and lakes) to quantify the pressure from anthropogenic activities and determine ecological status, according to current regulations; assessing the degree of eutrophication of aquatic ecosystems based on chlorophyll “a” concentration analysis.
• Studies and investigations regarding the treatment efficiency of municipal wastewater treatment plants and the effects generated by the treatment plant effluent on the receiving aquatic ecosystem.
• Technical assistance and specialized consulting for: organizing and equipping biological/microbiological analysis laboratories; assimilating and applying biological/bacteriological analysis methods and ensuring the repeatability and reproducibility of analysis results; documenting and implementing the quality management system according to ISO/IEC 17025:2018 for the accreditation of environmental laboratories.
