Quality, Environment, Innovation, Health and Occupational Safety

INCD ECOIND, a national institute in the field of environmental protection, will establish and maintain its position through quality and performance among the top research activities and environmental services.

The INCD ECOIND policy is to:

  • Continuously improve the quality of work and ensure excellence in research and environmental services to meet the explicit and implicit needs of clients;
  • Ensure environmental protection by reducing pollution and controlling waste;
  • Transform research results into new and improved services and products to remain competitive on the market;
  • Ensure the health and safety of employees by controlling occupational health and safety risks.

 

To ensure innovative, high-quality work without harming the environment, or the health and safety of our employees and partners, we commit to:

  • Complying with applicable legislation, existing regulations, and other requirements in quality, environmental protection, innovation, health, and occupational safety;
  • Understanding and anticipating customer requirements and expectations through active, applied, and appropriate marketing;
  • Continuously increasing customer satisfaction through high-quality work;
  • Continuously improving the effectiveness of the integrated management system for quality, environment, innovation, and health and safety at work implemented in the institute;
  • Maintaining QMS and EMS certifications in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001;
  • Maintaining RENAR accreditation and expanding the scope of accredited testing;
  • Continuously improving professional training in quality management, environment, innovation, and occupational health and safety;
  • Encouraging creativity, trust, diversity, and tolerance among employees;
  • Supporting intellectual property and intellectual property rights related to research, development, and innovation activities;
  • Establishing internal and external partnerships to carry out national and international projects;
  • Ensuring constant economic growth by improving organization and optimizing all processes/activities/operations;
  • Preventing environmental pollution by monitoring and controlling processes;
  • Preventing work-related injuries and illnesses for all personnel, including subcontractors and visitors, through hazard identification, occupational health and safety risk assessment, and implementation of prevention and risk isolation measures;
  • Providing the necessary material and human resources to implement this policy.

 

This policy applies to all employees regardless of their workplace or level of training. Our employees are required to fulfill the requirements set out in procedures, work instructions, and other applicable documents related to their specific field of activity, demonstrating understanding and participation in implementing this policy to improve activity, environmental quality, and protect their own health and that of their colleagues.
